Great place with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped return my forgotten earphones. Highly recommend it for comfort and service! Coming back for Christmas!

Accessibility was convenient with easy room entry and parking, while the breakfast offerings, especially the freshly baked croissants, stood out for their quality. However, the check-in experience was marred by an initial room mix-up, and some areas of the room seemed to need updating.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend escape in Sterling with good value. We inadvertently left some therapeutic pillows, and despite the hotel's repeated promises to send them back, we never received them. If you have anything special, make sure to take it with you.

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room Non Smoking for one night. The room had a nice size and a comfortable king-sized bed. It really helped to have a separate sitting area where I could relax. The outdoor pool was fantastic. I enjoyed lounging by it in the evening with a couple of friends. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I appreciated the attentive staff keeping everything stocked. However, I faced a few inconveniences. The patio door was difficult to operate, which was frustrating. Also, the AC unit rattled a bit when it turned on, causing some disturbance at night. Staff response could improve, especially when I needed assistance with the door. They seemed busy most of the time. The bathroom fixtures felt outdated as well.

The breakfast was a delight—freshly baked pastries and organic juices! 🌟 However, the electrical outlets were problematic. Overall, a comfy stay with friendly staff. Looking forward to returning!
